Any and all entries in the Nailritz® Beautiful Nails Art contest shall be deemed and shall remain the property of the Nailritz®. Nailritz® shall not be subject to any obligation(s) of confidentiality with respect to any entries, nor is Nailritz®, liable for any use or disclosure of any entries, without limitations of the foregoing the understanding, the undersigned hereby grant Nailritz®, a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license of any kind. Nailritz® shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the entry or entries for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the entry or any other person.

Contest Rules
• All entries in the Nailritz® Beautiful Nails Art contest must be original artwork, designed and painted by entrant.
• Registration is required to enter. No purchase necessary.
• Artwork cannot have any copyright or trademark symbols on it. Having your first name is acceptable, but it cannot be copyrighted or trademarked.
• Nail art must be suitable for public viewing, may not contain profanity, nudity, drugs, or alcohol images.
• Nail art will be judged on originality and creativity.
• Emailed images are accepted as a gif or jpeg file only.
• Winners of the Nailritz® Beautiful Nails Art contest will be posted on the Nailritz® website approximately two weeks after the close of the contest.
